Once I saved my images from the website I just pasted them in Microsofr paint and saved that as a jpeg. Hope that helps.

No. I didn't do a total change but I don't eat the way that I did before. Sodas won't be hard to give up. The weirdest thing for me is not guzzling from my cup!
