  1. yipeee I just got the call I'm insurance approved. I can't believe it I was all most certain I was going to be denied. My bmi is 38. Now this is real going to happen on aug. 3. I can't wait to be skinny!!!!
  2. I've come across an ad Live surgery webcast on July 27, 2005 at 4:30pm eastern stardard time. This is being performed at Brigham and Women's hosp. in boston. The site is www.brighamandwomens.org/surgerywebcast to register to view. I thought it may be of interest for the not so squimish.
  3. I'm getting mine Aug. 3 I'm terrified and exciting all at the same time. I just want to have a smooth recovery thats not too much to ask is it.....
  4. Hi I have my surgery scheduled for Aug. 3 with Dr. Edward C. Mun at the Faulkner Hospital I've done lots of research and he has all the best credentials and comes recommended as the best for bariatric surgery.
  5. well i'm getting banded on aug. 3 and i'm very nervous. At the same time i'm excited to get started. I turned 40 this year and i'm starting a new and heathier chapter in my life. I'm afraid i won't be able to stick to the liquid diet for the 3 weeks.
