  2. Good Morning Cindy your doing wonderful over 60+ lbs girlie, thats fantastic. I was at 222 for months. I just hope this fill gives me the "mental boost" I need. Darcy I'm glad the pup is feeling better... our golden retriever was on steroids all her life, she lived to about 10 and we made her as comfortable as possible. She was a happy dog even on the roids. You can do the best you can ya know. Betty, Mary and the rest of the gang... LOVE YAH!! BBL
  3. Congratulations !! I'm with the girls here, rest up and take it easy. If you over do it you may do more harm inside than you know, plus you'll create scar tissue that will cause you lots of trouble and pain down the road. Go easy for a few weeks. Welcome to bandland
  4. You know whats a pretty decent start out DVD, Walk Away The Pounds, its about $25 - $30 and it simulates walking without leaving your home. I know lots of people who really like it. I'm pretty sure Walmart sells them. There's 1, 2 or 3 miles. This maybe a place to start until you can find your treadmill. See....this is why we need an exercise board.
  5. Here's one place that has them, they are very expensive but if you do a search on the web, maybe you'll find them cheaper. How about the classifieds in your local paper, some one might be selling one used and alot cheaper. http://cardiozonetreadmills.com/
  6. Good Morning, HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZAN !! Hopefully your reading this hon, we miss you. I got on the scale this morning and had a nice, very long awaited surprise, I finally broke the 220's and I'm down to 218 WHOOT! Come on onederland. I had a few crackers yesterday and thats it, couldn't get any more down... this fill IS helping Thank God !! Sherry sounded like you had a good time, even with the freak show LOL, I love watching people too. Darcy gee girl, I'm sorry to hear about your doggy, thats heart breaking. I hope he/she comes out of it. Hugs !!! This morning is just cleaning up and then this afternoon we will head on off to see FIL for fathers day. Then to the cemetary to lay some flowers down for my dad. The weather is brutal and we still can't get in the pool... sigh. Hopefully in a few days DH will be done so we can get in. Have a wonderful Day everyone. Hugs and Kisses
  7. Paula you do not look 180 in that picture, more like 130. Puddin thats a great photo of you and your DB, I love professional stuff like that. One day I may do the same with my family. Donna you look great !! my gosh what a difference. We all need a round of applaus don't we WHOOT!
  8. Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson go on a camping trip. After a good dinner and a bottle of wine, they retire to their tent for the night, and go to sleep. Some hours later, Holmes wakes up and nudges his faithful friend. "Watson, look up at the sky and tell me what you see." "I see millions and millions of stars, Holmes" replies Watson. "And what do you deduce from that?" Watson ponders for a minute. "Well, astronomically, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets. "Astrologically, I observe that Saturn is in Leo. "Horologically, I deduce that the time is approximately a quarter past three. "Meteorologically, I suspect that we will have a beautiful day tomorrow. "Theologically, I can see that God is all powerful, and that we are a small and insignificant part of the universe. What does it tell you, Holmes?" Holmes is silent for a moment. "Watson, you idiot!" he says. "Someone has stolen our tent!"
  9. Yep, I can chug a lug
  10. Awwwwwwww she's precious. I'm glad you saved her.
  11. Dawg your 6'4" ? IMHO 225 lbs at that height is perfect. My brothers are all very tall like you, the biggest 6'6" I can't imagine them being at 200 lbs, they are big boned and would look awful that thin. My doc wants me to weigh 165.... I'll be happy at 175. When I was 150 people told me I was to thin and looked sickly. IMHO it depends on your bone structure.

  14. I have a 4 year old and was scared to death something would happen. Your feelings are so very real and I can't blame you. I had to really believe and pray that nothing would happen and that the rates of death is extremely low...its a pretty safe operation. Things will be okay....just believe.

Well I'll chat with you all later... love yah.

  23. My doc said NO NO NO on the diet soda's only because of the fizz. I was about 6 month post op and was dying for a diet sprite, so I let it sit over night open, untill all the fizz was gone, flat. The next day I poured it over ice and it was pretty good, it actually satisified my craving. Haven't had one in a while and I don't miss it to much. Carbonation is not worth wrecking your band.
