Eclectick

I have a problem with eggs, and last night I was eating my famous chicken,cabbage, zucchini, squash soup and felt puky after 2 bites..but it calmed down and 2 more bites I was full. My eyes are bigger than my stomach..can only eat about 4 small bites of anything.

That's great!! I am stuck here...I had my surgery 11/24 and for now I am not eating much at all...my stomach gets too full...I am not drinking my fluids...my stomach gets too full..can't drink the protein shakes they make me gag..I am pretty much eating anything else..just 4 fork/spoon fulls and thats all i can take. I have lost 30 lbs...but i feel I should be loosing more.

I know I am not eating perfectly but for the most part..I am having chicken/steak and fish what of it I can stomach...I should know what I am doing wrong...but I need a kick in the butt....what is your daily meal menu...maybe that will work for me.

Help!!

My honey got wings the other day and I could barley finish 2 of them myself...Love it...but my tongue wants more....my mouth is hungry but my sleeve can't handle it.

Congrats, I am in a tight 24....what were you?

I am hoping after surgery I can get down to 14 fairly quickly
