Dont lose hope!!! It felt like mine took forever too.. My last appt with my dr was 8/18, got approved for surgery on 9/5, and finally just got a call for scheduling last week. He is so far booked that my surgery date isnt until 10/20 which I'm trying to be very happy about but am a little bummed it is so far away it seems like. I would use this time to practice the things you will have to learn to do after, such as waiting 30 mins after eating to drink. And working on exercising more. I hate it. I hate sweating. But I'm slowly working my way towards it. I've been watching an episode of a show on netflix while im on the treadmill and that's been helping so far. Good luck and hope you get a date soon

@@twinderful My date is 10/20 also I'm going to start my liquid on 10/5.. I had my gall bladder out a few years ago and it was totally worth it. Not sure how bad yours has gotten, but mine was so bad that I almost had to go to the ER. Hopefully you can have it taken out at the same time. It's a good thing for you since you wont be able to eat high fat foods or it'll make you really sick gall bladder wise, and sleeve wise since you wont be able to eat those things anyway, so its like a double incentive lol...
