  7. I drink 30 minutes before a meal. Usually, I can wait 1-2 hrs after a meal before I start feeling the thirst coming on.

  10. The only thing my UHC plan required was that I had to have 3 out of 5 issues with my health which I did. I had sleep apnea, high blood pressur, and was borderline diabetic and of course a high BMI. Good Luck!

  17. Hello...my weight was 267. I was pre-diabetic, had high blood pressure and also sleep apnea. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in Apr 05. My primary dr told me that when I had lost 25 % of my weight that he would have me do another sleep study. We'll see. Good Luck!!!

  19. Kuchiegrl1...stop feeling sorry for yourself and get back on the program. You can do this. Try to watch what you eat and get another fill. You made a wise decision in getting the LB so use it to your advantage. Don't let what the other girls at work are doing get you depressed. Look at the weight you have lost. Congradulate yourself, be proud, and know that you are a stronger person today than you were before the LB. Have a good day!

  21. Well...you are just going to have to be patient. Either call yourself or have whoever has the insurance do it. Having the group # will help as well as the insureds ID that is on their card.
  22. It took me 3 fills. Even then I thought it wasn't enough, but after 2 weeks, boy was it working. That was on 12/18/07. I have lost 24 lbs since then. You need be patient. You will get there.
