When the boardshorts that threatened to explode under the pressure last summer fall to the bottom of the pool during water aerobics.

lmao how funny....

When you are carrying boxes down the corridors at work and suddenly have to push OUT your stomach so your work pants don't slip any further down, and you find yourself grateful for the bump of your pannus that is the only thing holding them up!

When your glasses that used to leave marks on your face suddenly slip off.

omg i didnt think about loosing weight from you nose!!!

:wink2:

This is all excellent news !!!

Mine is only a minor victory, seemingly, compared to these. My rope-like undies are now starting to slip, and I have bought some "decent" underwear - it never seemed worthwhile for so long.

And, I gingerly tried on a nice pair of cord jeans from 3 winters ago, very doubtful I could wear them out last week, and the zip came straight up, and I felt so good.

I keep finding little bruises on the inside of my ankles. They're from banging my ankle bones together in my sleep. No more Cankles!

You know you are losing weight when ....

1. You can finally zip up last years winter coat.

2. You can fit into those jeans you bought on sale in some dream like state that "one day I might lose weight". Well now I am ....

When you squat down your bum crack shows because your pants fall down.

Or if you don't have a baby pin to help hold them up, as you walk along they fall down and show your bum crack.

So not attractive :).
