@red.. Well for me i just sip sip sip... The first days i was only to drink one Protein shake a day. Yesterday i was able to drink two through out the day... I havent feel sick yet.. If i drink to much at a time i feel something or bubbles in chest and i stop.. And try again in few minutes.. Hope this help!

Hi! I am going to tell you from experience, and I am not saying the lap band does not work because it does but be prepared to work your ass off more from the beginning and extra concience of what you are eating because with the band you are not going to feel retriction right away comparing with the other surgeries. This is my opinion, Good luck!
