I just celebrated my one year (bandaversary). The past year was tough, it was filled with ups and downs but overall I lost 100 lbs so far and I have never felt better. I would do it again in a heartbeat! best of luck to all of you, and if anyone has questions or needs to chat please shoot me an email!

Hmm.. it seems to me you should really let your Dr. know the fills arent working-- maybe he just doesnt want to over do it. Also, are you drinking high calorie drinks-- those are a killer. I recomment you eat as much protien as possible-- it is really filling and not high in calories. Try not to drink water before or after your meals and if you excersice your metabolism will burn calories. Hope this helps! -Eliza -

I feel the same way! I dread going to a restaurant, I do almost anything to avoid it.. I feel bad sometimes but then I remind myself its for the best. best of luck! -
