Hi I have only just had an email saying that people had replied lol.... I had my operation with Ben Teague on Sept 8th.... I have slight pain in my shoulder for a week due to the gas (would actually call it more discomfort than pain) was the best thing I have ever done... I have dropped 34 kgs and now in the gym 4 times per week.

I'm in Australia, I am all booked in for Sept 8th. I am on opti with veggies (1 cup) at lunch and dinner if I am hungry... Have made a cauliflower soup tonight (all with free vegies) in addition to this, I have had a range of stirfry veggies which have done the job all the best!!!

i have commenced liquid diet.... sleeve date sept 8th
