    Okay guys I've been working on this for over an hour and hope it came out right! I made a spreadsheet with your hours each week and goals. I know there's only two weeks left for this challenge but this way we'll be able to use the sheet for the next challenge if you want to join!

    Hey guys we are about to start a new exercise challenge and now I finally got a spreadsheet up and running! So everyone let me know your exercise goal (# of hours per week), and check in is every Monday! If you want to include your weight too that's fine...if you have a fit bit let me know and I'll invite you to the challenges we have been doing on there!!!

    Weight 205.4... this challenge will run through April so my goal for then would be 198.

    I am in. I do not have a Fitbit, but I did ask for permission for the google docs. I am at 195 and want to go down to 180 lbs. 1 hr to 45 mins per day 6 days a week @ Planet Fitness.

    Birthday week + period . The laziness is real... Weighed in at 294.6 and only 2 hours of exercise. Is ok... I'm raring up to go and get it!!!

    Guess what guys..I FINALLY BROKE through my 5 week long stall and reached 205 this morning! That's 65 lbs in total (if you include the 20 I lost with my LapBand before revision!) im still going to go for liquids for a few days as a cleanse but just thought I'd let everyone know! Yay!! And PS you are all doing great!!!!!

    My goal was 199.8. I weighed my damn self on every single tile square in my bathroom. EVERY ONE. I took off my watch my bracelets, my earrings, my rings, etc. 200.0. Soooo close.

    Final weigh-in 199.8. I didn't hit my goal of my 199 BUT I made it to Onederland *and* I hit the 100 lbs lost mark. Woohoo!

    I got in almost 10 hours of exercise this week even though I still have blisters on my heels and some toes. Oh well. As I like to say, "if it doesn't hurt then you're not doing it right". lol.
