  4. HW and SW 342 CW 246 Surgery date 4/8/15
  5. Well the day before surgery I had some king crab legs and that was it. I really didn't over do it the day before surgery. I was actually one of the few that didn't have to do the liquid diet so I could've eaten whatever I wanted but I chose not to.
  6. I'm in,thanks again for doing this. Starting weight for this challenge is 251.6, goal is 231.6. I'm going for an even 20 lbs this time.

  8. 253.8, almost there!!!
  9. My niece come up to me and says that my scale is broke because when she gets on the scale it says she weighs 125 and she supposed to be 135. I explained to her that the scale is accurate because every time I or my daughter goes to the doctors office their scales are right in line with mines. Now she has 2 kids, one in kindergarten and the other is 1 years old and she is complaining that she should be bigger?? She is only 5'1, so 125 is perfect for her. That just bothers me how people complain when they are clearly on the normal end, and I'm trying to get their...smh
  10. 265.2 today, thanks

  13. To answer some of your questions, I do try and get all my Fluid and Protein in, and sometimes unsuccessful. I average about 47 - 68 oz of Water a day, and close to 60 grams of protein a day. I walk everyday, and I try and stay away from bread, potatoes, Pasta and rice. For the most part I eat meat and vegetables. I'm 37 years old and have been pretty much overweight my entire life. I guess I'm just my own worst enemy because I sometimes have doubts about making it to onederland. So many of you made it to onederland but I haven't seen anyone who started out in the 3s make it to onederland yet. Seems like everyone was in the 2s.
  14. I don't understand why I'm stalling so much. I lose, then I stall. I lose again then I stall. Each time I get to a new section on the scale I'll sit in that section for about a month. For example, I was stuck in the 270s for about a month before I finally got to the 260s. I've been hovering between 266 - 269 for the past 2 weeks. At this rate I'm not going to lose 100 lbs by my 6 months which is Oct 8th. I'm only down 76 lbs so far. I wanted to at least be down 100 lbs by my 6 mos check up. I'm definitely on the slow losers side. Will I ever see onederland??? Started out at 342lbs and now down to 268. What can I do???
  15. Wow even when you were heavier you carried your weight well. You still had a flat tummy. I'm glad you shared your photos with us. I hope to be where you are soon. I still have a long way to go. Your story is truly inspiring!!! Doing happy dance for you!!!
  16. 268.4 today, thanks!
  17. I'm in...CW 267, GW 250
  18. 269.6, thanks again for doing this. Can't wait for the next one.
  19. I too had my surgery 4/8/15, and have lost a total of 69 lbs, but it seems like there are a lot of stalls along the way. So we're about the same. I know what usually works for me is if I reset and do a liquid diet for a couple of days without grazing or snacking and it usually get the scale back to moving. Hope this helps.
