  1. 14 days out and now I'm beginning to have nausea. Just the thought of putting anything in my mouth is disgusting. I feel weak and fainty. Supposed to go back to work tomorrow. I'm trying hard to drink protein thinking that may be the problem.

Ask for more time from the doctor, my doctor gave me an additional week and it really helped. Call your doctor and let him know. Good luck!

I am going to try and see if that works. I wasn't sure if my body is just adjusting to my weight loss or if it's just that I need to lift weights. Going to talk to my trainer and see what she says. Thanks so much!

i think its both everybody is snacking around me and I guess I want to also. Trying to break those bad habits mentally is tough. I am trying to figure out how to not get weak and eat like the rest of my family. YUCK! thanks for the suggestions, it's a work in progress thats for sure! @packerfan

I go to the gym Monday-Friday for about an hour and a half sometimes 2 hours if I feel good. The elliptical is my best friend...Lol.. overall I feel good and love working out and seeing changes in my clothing size. I started back to work last week and it's been good. I was a little tired in the beginning but I've picked up my momentum. Overall doing well and I love my sleeve :)

awww thats wonderful! So happy for you, I have been walking too this weather has been so motivational to get out there. Going to the doctors tomorrow, I am assuming he will release me to go back to work? I think you are right if its too much the belly just dumps it out. Yuck! i have been drinking the isopure grape drinks. It almost taste like koolaid so that has been helping keep the protein going. I got 80 grams in yesterday first time! Woohoo Can't wait to see what I weigh tomorrow, not living by the scale just how I feel for now.
