    My husband make a broth based soup with meat and veggies. We strained all the particles out. Do you know if that's ok to have. It tastes so good! We r day 2 of our liquid diet.

    I'm August 22. Very excited, but scared too. Ive lost weight 3 times before (65 lbs) and always gained back. I really want this to bs the last time i have to lose weight. I want to lose at least 90 lbs. Good luck to everyone!
