start at the beginning again. Go back to liquids only for 2 weeks, then soft foods. This may jump start your process again. Good luck! -

I felt like this too. For the first 5 days I was miserable. I was throwing up, and couldnt hold anything down. I threw up all the time. Then around day 7, I just woke up and sat on the couch. Something other than just sleeping in my bed. that helped so much. Just take it day by day. I am 5 weeks out today and feel great. Still struggling trying to eat. But its getting there. -
