IM OFFICIALLY OUT OF THE STALL! I've lost an additional 8 pounds. day of op I was 345 two weeks out I was down to 329 week 3 and a half I was down to 319 and that's when I stalled now week 7 I believe in down 311! so close to reaching the 2s. I see a lot of you guys getting closer to onederland, that's great keep up the good work!

OMG! I'm stalling too! going on week 3 I'm going nuts! I lost 30 LBS the first two weeks and now it's like my body refuses to lose an ounce. is there anything you did differently? I'm on the gallbladder mads my multi vitamin and acid reflux meds to prevent heartburn. I'm finally able to eat meat and non startch veggies. I'm just frustrated! I increased my protein intake tody trying to drink as many shakes as I can. help (

Hi!! I'm an August 6th sleever and I'm stuck! i lost 30 pounds the first two weeks and now I'm stuck I haven't lost not even one pound and I'm frustrated! I'm just starting my galbladder meds and vitamins started a few days ago but I'm feeling discouraged I feel like it's not working for me too tired to excersise but I feel like if I don't start to I'm never going to lose this weight. would love to hear from you guys

hi ladies!! im 19 yrs old, 5'11 currently at my heaviest weight of 349. I'm so excited my surgery is scheduled for august 6th and in on the liquid diet right now. my only concerns are with loose skin and thinning hair. my hair stylist told me that I can use prenatal Vitamins in my shampoo and that will help with the hair thinning but I'm just worried about my skin. being young I have a lot of goals for myself like wearing a bikini for the first time and getting to ride on carnival rides again. when I think about it I get emotional because to others those things are regular accurences but for me it's going to be a whole new life, and if hate fire flabby skin to get in the way. hopefully I can get some encouragement and encourage others as well! xoxo Jess

hello! I'm just shy if 6' I'm 5'11 and my highest weight right now is 349. my surgery is scheduled for august 6th I'm super excited! I'm just worried about the skin and my hair thinning out! I'm 19 and someone else on here made a joke that at this age i can regenerate an arm so my skin should be fine -which encouraged me a little- but I can't help but fight the though of me having all this loose skin! my goal weight is 175. and I'm just so excited to bae able to have a lifestyle change. I hope I can make some friends on here for support! my family is super supportive but that can only go so far, I need people that are going through the same thing so that we can all relate - although the experience is individual - hope to hear from some of you!! xoxo Jess

Hi everyone! my surgery is August 6th! im getting anxious with excitement! im just trying to get all my post op stuff done and trying to get through the motions. im currently on the liquid diet since im already 15 days til surgery im so excited for this new lifestyle change! im 19 years old currently weighing 349. my only concern is having flabby skin. people tell me since im young itll pick up quick and tight but that though still lingers. I hope I can get some encouragement and make some new friends!! xoxo Jess
