I had other surgeries when my kids were small. They want mom. I sat with them. Lay in bed beside to read stories. I just didn't pick them up
-
I wish I had done something sooner. At 55 it is way more difficult

Because of my sleep apnea, I stayed the night after my surgery. My sleep apnea machine changed my life. I will use it until hopefully one day I don't have to.

My 4 week stall ended with a 7 pound weight loss registered at the Doctors. I told her I didn't believe the weight she said, she printed it out and handed it to me. Wow Happy Day

My doctor does them at least a month apart and very small. 1 cc
-
1 cc is my Doctors norm
-
Exact same experience as Bandista. 1 cc in and see you next month

HELL YES, Lap Band again. Slow weight loss is hard but I am here for life and I have the time

Weeks at a stall. I hid my scale and focussed on everything I knew I should be doing. Dr weigh in said 7 lbs down. Perhaps I will find the scale again or wait for next doctor visit

Happy Birthday!
I cannot eat the cake because of gluten issues but would sample the icing

I had a breast reduction ten years ago. Every day of my life in the last ten years I am SOOO happy I did. Hang in there!

Thank you. A few short months ago I was reading forums NOT believing I would have a success story to share

Had my first fill. A slight pick and she added 1 cc. It takes a few days to kick in with 48 hr fluids and 48 he mushy foods

Keep up the great work. I am one month ahead of you. Down 40 lbs and feeling good. I need to keep up the momentum. I have list and regained 20 lbs before often. I need to ensure I continue on track

I am dreaming about being a size 16. It has been many years since I seen that size. 22's we're getting tight, now 20's are too loose and not quite 4 months.

Even with 40 lbs loss I still worry I won't complete my journey. It could be this worry that keeps me going even with other life stressing things that happen in everyone's life

Hope you feel great soon. I am down 40 pounds. Banded Aug 13. This includes pre op. I feel great.
I want to encourage the walking. You need the core body strength and it helps with the gas. Remember it is a tool and we need to do a lot of work also. Good luck
