As I gained wright, I went up in size. I expect to go down. I will buy a pair of heals if I even loose half the weight I need to.

Day 9. I couldn't have returned to work yet. Bowels getting use to the changes. Feeling good but realize I am still post op. -

Chilli does sound great. I have had 1/4 cup of V8 juice and it is very flavourful also! -

Up to day 6 clear fluids, up to day 12 full fluids then mushy -

I had a breast reduction about 10 years ago. There isn't one day of regret. I am 5 days post op and wish everyone luck. Take your meds, walk frequently and rest and follow your instructions. All is great so far

Day 5 post op. My pain meds are still important to me. I went out to the drug store today and walked around. The walking helps my gas. Keep up the good work

I use my pill crusher on my pain meds. Most of the pain seems to be caused from gas. Moving around, short walks and oho oat bag really works
