I am on the first day and suffering from a horrible headache. I have gone back and forth between feeling great and thinking I am dying. Is there anything to help? OTC medicine isn't cutting it. I know it is a huge change in diet. This is going to be a HORRIBLE two weeks if I am in pain the entire time. And I apologize from whining but I had to get it out.

Can anyone give me their opinions on Dr Merriman, Dr Thomas, Dr Bellanger, and Dr Hargroder? I would so appreciate it. I am in a weight loss study and can only choose from these doctors.

With six kids you need lots of prayer regardless of liquid dieting. The first few days are the hardest. You can do it! -

Wow! I'm ready for my approval. I can't wait to get started. I am ready too. I am hoping I get the sleeve. If they call and say bypass I am going to be even more nervous than I already am. It has to be soon because you got off your liquid diet a month ago. I have to say it is nice to have someone waiting with me.

Hopefully they get the agenda date soon. I am just anxious to hear something. Have you kept off the liquid diet weight? I have been eating so bad so I know I have gained weight but don't want to get on the scale.

I just had my two week appt on the first. What doctor do you expect to get? Also what surgery are you wanting? The bypass makes me very nervous.

Fourteen pounds is amazing. I feel bad about myself now. I didn't mind the shakes too much. I started at 247 so my eight pounds is nothing in the grand scheme of things. I wouldn't mind continuing the shakes to get my weight down even further.

I will definitely keep you updated. I would think we would hopefully be hearing the same time. So how much did you lose? I lost eight pounds and I was disappointed.

Hey, everyone. Hoping y'all are still around. I am a Heads Up program participate and could use some advice on what to expect. I just finished my two week liquid diet before the doctors approve me for surgery. Got my chest xray so just playing the waiting game.

I am the exact opposite. I am kinda worried tomorrow when I can start eating real food. Not sure I am wanting to give up liquids. I have lost weight and it feels great! -

I slipped up today and just started nibbling. This was though after I had to go to urgent care for a migraine. It was so easy to keep going and I didn't even enjoy the food. I got serious issues. -

I just want a burger. That's it. Then I can die happy. The urge to hit a drive thru on the way home was absolutely crazy but I did. Doesn't feel like a victory though. -

I lost seven pounds in the first three days of my two week liquid diet. For the last two days, the scale hasn't budged when I am really needing encouragement. I know a lot of the weight was water. Just curious what others have loss on the liquid diet.

She left it out. I say lick the damn pizza then leave it for her as payback. Cause you having to smell it cooking is just wrong. I am on day seven and feeling really good on the liquid diet. -

Yes, liquid diets just suck completely. The shakes make me gag. Three weeks just sounds like punishment.
