Weighted to long

I am feeling great in body and mind but my spirit is starting to feel a little down. Within a few day of my surgery I dropped 20 pounds then nothing!! I know that we all seem to stall after the initial loss but I have actually gained 4 lbs back in the last couple of days inspite of the fact that I have increased my physical activity and severely decreased my eating!!! I'm starting to get concerned that I'm doing something wrong!!
