  5. I agree I think 6 weeks is a good amount of time. I told my doctor that I cannot be sick then go back to work I work on my feet and I work with people all day long so I hope that he is understanding of that and give me adequate time to adjust to my new life
  6. I'm having mine on October 8th at Scripps in La Jolla California. I'm also super nervous. How long are you expected to be off wk for???

  13. Good luck and thanks for the advice:) The part that has me going back and forth is with the Sleeve it cuts out the hormones that make u want food. Does bypass do the same thing?

  21. Thanks girls. I'm going to experiment after my surgery. I'm going to see a natural-path and have him monitor all of the vitamin levels in my body. Whatever I'm deficient and I'm going to have them replace it Intravenously. I haven't read anything from anybody else who has done this. I feel like a Surgeon understands surgery and a natural path understands the vitamins we need to keep our body healthy. Any thoughts?
