    Back on track! Been disappointed in myself. I have no one to blame but myself. Haven't been following what is should be to continue with this weight loss and eating junk but a recent wake up call has got me back on track and I have lost 8 lbs since this past Monday and I have been going back to gym almost daily hoping to jump start my weight loss again. Have to complete this journey.

      My surgery date is finally here tomorrow. Not to nervous about surgery but more concerned about not being able to eat anymore. I guess that's what got me into this situation in the first place.
