I've been thinking of getting 3 Indian looking feathers, a pink one for my mom, and 2 more for my dad and brother all of who have passed. Also some deer tracks too, maybe in glow in the dark ink. . Idk just something I'm kicking around. I don't know where I'd put it. I'm not much of a tat person but vBulletin I want something as a memorial/ancestry thing

I tell you what, I don't care if I lose every hair on my head to get rid of this weight. I will rock some wigs till that crap grows back. My little Asian beauty supply store guy will go CA CHING when I walk thru the door. I could care less

You are going to do fine Jason! Just think of the possibilities when you're thin. Think of how much longer your probably live (hey even thin people can step off a curb and get hit by a bus;) ) I know that the thought of digging into a huge pile of chicken wings or nachos is sad, but we are not lucky to have the metabolism like that(those rat bastards that do can kiss my wide fat Norwegian a$$ lol) but think about going out in public in shorts or not being winded walking to the mailbox. Okay I'm putting down my pom poms ...now get over it sunshine and work to your new future. At least the scary part (surgery) is over and you lived! I am still on this damned 1200 cal diet for 82 more days. That will hopefully land me right in the middle of the holidays(yay!...not ;( but I want to get it done before I have to pay more deductibles. That is unless I kill someone from chocolate deprivation...oh well then the state can pay for it. Good luck and if you need to bitch at someone, I'm always around.

I guess it depends on whether you think it's because she is excited for you or trying to see if you're gonna fall on your face. Either way, as long as you are taking care of yourself then it doesn't matter.

Anyone else feel like everyone is against you?
kyrickchick64 replied to LisaLou30's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Maybe the remark was a nervous reaction to the whole situation. We all say dumb stuff. As long as he is cool now and you set him straight. It's all good. I can't believe the dr pushed h diet pills on you vs the wls. Adding more chemicals to your system... nobody needs that. I'm struggling with a 1200 calorie diet right now. I thought I was making a healthy Breakfast w/ an omelet with spinach, mushroom and a little ham and whole wheat toast and more than half of my calories for the day. Who knew egg had 67 gm of sodium? This is in NO WAY an easy way to go. You're doing what's good for you. Don't let anyone make you feel bad. I'm not telling too many people because I don't need any horror stories or sarcasm. The only thing I'm saying is I'm on a 1200 cal diet. I get enough crap from that lol. Good luck and if you need any encouragement please come here. . Good luck -

Im liking the team at Baptist Hospital and Dr Oldham. They are super nice and so far look like they are compentant. They try to get you thru the preliminaries as fat as possible and dr Oldham is always close by. He did the seminar as well as stopped in to my appointment yesterday to see if I had any questions. I think this is going to be a great experience -

I just want answers!?!?!
kyrickchick64 replied to ivyh's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
I agree just keep on the Doctors asses about it. I hope they have you on a duretic? Find a specialist to see. I wouldn't think this is weight loss issue. It could be a kidney or cardiac issue so please don't give up till you have answers. Good luck -

I feel the same way with Dr Oldham. He was actually at the seminar and I got to ask him several questions including sleeve vs lap band for my bmi and weight(51, 474) I feel confident in my decision. I appreciate your input. Good luck with your surgery, cya on the other side. -
