I had headaches for the first 10 days of my pre op diet. My surgery is Monday..I'm freaking out.

I'm doing my 2 week liquid diet abd I am having the worst gas stomach bubbling. I just feel horrible. When it kicks up then I usual get a headache. I'm thru much first week but Jesus I don't think I can keep this up. Im clearing rooms.

It's not the food that bothers me. I have a g headache almost every day and I'm a week in to the pre op diet. But on the bright side... that also mean this time next week I'll be in the recovery room! Almost done!

Funny thing, my psych exam dr refused to okay my surgery because "i needed to like the skin I was in" so my surgery which I wanted to have in December before my 2015 deductibles kicked in had to wait because I had to do 3 months of therapy. My therapist that I went to said that was ridiculous. No one should/could be happy dealing with this much weight between my replaced knees, bad back, super high bp and almost diabetic and to big to fly comfortably, and not being able to find clothes that didn't look like a tent or just living in sweats. He told me don't settle. Have the life you want! And he discussed my fears with me and okayed my surgery which is a week from Monday!

It really makes wonderful protein shakes, super smooth. I haven't tried pureeing with it but I'm sure it'll work great

I'm in Shelbyville so I feel your pain on the snow. I just got stuck trying to get into my driveway from the road which is still snow covered. And now our weather guy is saying freezing rain on top of it for the weekend.

My doctor wants me to use bariatric advantage until a month after surgery. I bought the vanilla and I add different things like a little frozen fruit, coffee( latte) or unsweetened cocoa or extracts(banana is my favorite) my doctor allows almond milk as well so it's makes it creamy so it's not too bad.

Go to human resources or the owner depending on what kind of business you work at and complain they are harassing you. If they don't do anything(and it gets unbearable) get a cease and desist from a lawyer. Your employer does not want that kind of trouble
