its the same for me the pounds aren't moving but the inches are. Today I'm at 217lbs but I fit a 14W suit. Color me surprised.

I have finally found my way back to the site. I also have been reading everyone's posts and have been relieved to see the "stall" has affected nearly all of us. I am about 14 pounds from the 200 pound brick wall I have not broken through in a bazillion years. I was stuck at 215-220 wall for nearly seven weeks. Even with the increase in activity. For me Protein does seem to be the key to losing. I am getting rid of my clothes which is oddly difficult. But they are falling off literally. While I have been stuck I think inches are leaving. I'll take inches. I really love this group, even if I am not talking all that much. Just saying...

As someone else mentioned earlier I wish that I had partaken of this surgery sooner so that I could be where some of you are, nearing the finish line! However, I started out much larger but have made some promising steps too from a size 30 jean to a size 20. I can wear a few things in 18/20. However, as much as things have changed I still have an entire mountain ahead of me to tackle I've lost 87 pounds but still have 123 to go! Oh well...I just won a battle but I'm still going to take this war! We are fighting for our health and happiness and NOTHING will stand in our way!!

I went back to the hotel I stated at last year just to get a picture in front of the painting I really liked last year. Wow!! So crazy how much my life has changed!!

This is today's purchaser. It's from JC Penneys size extra large in regular women sizes. I can't believe how much less expensive clothes are. My mom said i can pull this off but need to break out the Spanx. I love her honesty.

I definitely need to go shopping soon! Someone in my Support group gave me some pants about 2 months ago. Now they are falling off!!! My problem has been that I am PLUS and TALL. I can't just walk into any store and buy pants. But, I have gone from a 26-28 to, I think, an 18-20. We will find out this weekend.

I found some pictures of me on my parents computer today, back from 2010. I was so much bigger then than I was last yr before surgery. I think in this one, I was about 295. It's funny because I happen to still have the outfit I was wearing, which was clearly very tight on me. So I put it on and did a side by side. I showed my bf, and he was like, that was you???

spring break!

Tuesday's are my weight in days, and I was soooo praying that I would have lost my last .5 pounds to hit my 100 pound lost mark. But I didn't ???? it ruined my day and PMS had me on a pitty party train. I was sooo frustrated at my bad decisions and could not see the path that is behind me. So I went to bed at 7;30pm so I wouldn't eat and self sabotage.
I woke up to a huge amazing weigh in!! I am so happy and feel so silly for being so emotional yesterday.
  

@@brown eyed gal I can eat just about anything except deep-fried foods. (Those make me sick.) But I avoid Pasta, even whole grain and vegetable Pasta, because I can't get my Protein requirement in if I eat it. I might have one bite if there's room after I eat my Protein.

I was taking pictures every week and now it had been I think a few months. But these are side by side of the night before surgery and last night.
   

Can't believe it - I hit 169 this morning... I'm in awe everyday how much I've changed in 6 months. Congrats to everyone on continuing success!!! 

I am still in shock and can't believe it, I went shopping at Macy's, they have some awesome clearance racks going on right now. But I tried on some pants and shirts. I wasn't really looking at tags I just held stuff up and got what looked like it would fit...... SIZE 4 and 1 size ZERO!! All my tops were a small or Extra Small!!! I know people keep calling me tiny but I just figured that it was all relative..........holy crap!!
Also I am .7 lbs from the hundred pounds lost and 13.7 pounds from goal!! only 5.5 months post op!!! wow just wow

yahoooo! lost another pound today. so this is how 186 looks on my 5'11 stature. im giving myself 6 months to lose the other 36, i think i can get there before then though. I want to turn 25 at 150. I am even considering 130 now, my friends think im nuts but i just want to take advantage of my tool to the max. i hope you ladies are doing well, anyone heard from @@layknee ? i've had her on my mind.

Hey guys 95lbs down almost at below 200 I am at 206

NSV- I got on a regional American Airlines aircraft and could buckle my seatbelt without an extender! I am also 5 pounds away from being under 300 pounds for good! I think I was the heaviest in our group at starting weight of 365. I could also paint myself into my size 22 jeans (non-stretch type). Small rewards to keep me going.

some friends were cracking on my baggy size 12 jeans last night, so off to the thrift store I went, tried on some 8's baggy, some 6's fit, but still baggy in the hip/thigh area. So then went to some size 4's. They f@#king fit, OMG, I have never worn a size 4, except for a 4t maybe when I was a toddler. I tried on a couple pairs to make sure it was not just a fluke.
I am holding a bit of my saggy belly for the picture. Happy Dance!!! from a 24 to a 4 in 10 months!
