  1. Totally feel the same way, I work with a lot of people younger than I am by 10-20 years, they have no idea of my life or what I've been through but the judge anyway. I have not told anyone other than my husband, son and one co-worker after she quit. I'm down 40 pounds over the last 10 months and I also just tell people that I am just watching what I eat and leave it at that. It's none of their business. Good luck to you!!!!!
  2. Love the ice chip idea, trying that now. Thanks !
  3. Thank you all, I just "coughed" up a bit of kale & broccoli feels a tiny bit better but still feels like an elephant is pushing on my throat. 4 months in and you'd think I'd know how to chew by now. ). I'm going to stick to liquids tomorrow and hopefully I'll get back to normal. Thanks for responding so quickly it was so scary!!
  4. I ate a piece of broccoli and I didn't chew enough and now I'm stuck. To make matters worse I'm traveling for work so not close to my doc and it's 9:30 pm so I can't even call. I've thrown up a bit but it still feels like something is there. I tried to drink a very small sip of water and it came back up. It's been 2 1/2 hours and I'm worried and at this point I think sleeping is not in my future tonight. Any suggestions?????
