  1. Hi Everyone, I had a RNY on June 3 of this year and now have developed an anastamosis ulcer which I will be having removed sometime soon (don't have the date yet). Is there anyone on here who has had this type of procedure done? Am really a bit nervouse about it and would really love someone to talk to who has been through it. Thanks much, Brenda
  2. Hi everyone, I'm looking for a buddy who lives in or around Muncie, Indiana or if no takers there perhaps someone who had a Roux-en-y who is around 60 years old. I'm having a few problems and could really use a little support. Blessings Everyone, Brenda
  3. Hello Everyone, I’m new here and could desperately use some advice. I had Roux-en-y gastric bypass on June 3rd and am having a bit of a hard time right now. I’m having some pretty significant discomfort in my upper abdomen and I’m unable to get and keep anything down including…well everything. I know there’s always the possibility of an ulcer but I have no idea what the symptoms are for this. Has anyone else had this type of problem? I’m going to contact my doctor’s office tomorrow, on Monday, but have to admit to being a bit afraid of what this may mean. I also think that since I can’t even keep liquids down that I may be a bit dehydrated. Would be so appreciative of any advice anyone can give. Thanks much
