The blue is what I got too, BUT I was thinking a red might be better for me since I have bigger hips and thighs. It's the upside down triangle or is that the right side down triangle. I don't know! I just know I have big thighs! I went yesterday to exchange my 3's for a 2 or 1 and they have that style on sale for $19.99 now. I found some cute blouses and exercise pants for $16.00. I couldn't find my receipt so I had to do an exchange! If I had taken the refund it would have been half of what I originally paid! I hestitated buying jeans since I am not sure what size I'll be after December. BUT I also didn't want to get cheated! IF they don't fit, I'll just take them back again! I am currently looking for a long nightie - mumu type thing to take to Mexico with me for recovery time. Not that I want to look hideous, but I will need something modest and fairly decent to wear in the hotel room and to venture out for breakfast in the lobby. Yuck! I'm going to be scary! I am pleased, however, that I'll be able to shower by day 3. I'm going to stay in the surgicenter for 3 days. I'm getting excited and scared at the same time!

I can't figure those sizes out either! I got a pair of the Lane Bryant Right Fit Jeans - size 3! BUT now they are too big! I'm trying to find the receipt so that I can return them! I would be happy to get a size two. I really liked the way my butt looked! Ha! 90 days til my surgery! Yippie!

My legs appear shorter too, but I think it's because of the hanging skin. If I wear the Spanx and pull everything up where it belongs (I know, bad visual) I fit in a Tall - if not, I need a regular. It's not so good!

I hope you can attend, but I understand if you have to do other more important things. I'd say we could try the 9th, but that's your anniversary. I think that just checking things out in the parking lot prior to our meeting would be fine for me. Thanks! I'm glad the GERD is doing better. I hope they can figure the other stuff out. I found 3 pairs of brand new, tags still on, jeans in my closet. They are way too big on me! I tried to take them to Plato's Closet, but the largest size they accept is 18. I'll check the size and let you know if they are something you could use. You're welcome to them. However, you might have to hem them a little. I think they are Talls.:tt2:

If you have any pants size 20, I'll take them. Sometimes, I wear an 18, sometimes a 20 and sometimes a 22. After my surgery, I'm hoping to be in an 18 or less. I know many have a lot of edema for months after tummy tucks. My friend's thighs are now really swollen and she had her tummy tuck 10 weeks ago. But I guess that is normal.

Deb! I am so sorry about your Mom. Sometimes it takes a few transfusions to get them where they need to be. Chemo is such an ugly drug and it just robs the body of all the good things. I hope she starts feeling better soon.

I've been investigating the Silicone strips or scarring. My spelling sucks today! Sorry! Anyway, Dr. Blaine's strips are good. A friend of mine had a BA and she loved them. There are some others that a PS friend of mine used that are excellent but very pricely. My port scar is horrible, I need to find something to help with the PS scars or I'm going to look like frankenstein!

Boxers? BEcause the fly is perfect for the drains. You can bring them through there and pin them to the outside. That way they don't get pulled underneath your clothing. Also get some lanyards (sp?) for the shower for your drains. But then again, maybe you won't have any drains.
