I saw you left me a message a few months back, I'm sorry I didnt get it, I am really not on LBT much at all.

Yes I had Dr Naik and Dr Garcia assisted. I have lost a total of 85 lbs. I did have a tummy tuck and implants after losing 75 lbs. I had plateued for about 6 months and even since having the tummy done have only lost 10 more pounds. My body seems to like 175. I am happy with it.

I have been good, I'm really not on LBT much at all anymore. I haven't lost much weight recently, but I am not gaining either, I'm at 175, and for me that's good. I look good at it. :-) How have you been?
