  4. I love my days off. I have perfect control of my eating even in an chaotic house. .....Wish work was the same...

  5. My hunger is completely at bay on the weekends. I guess I am not nearly as bored as I am at work. I have found that love a Quest bar to tide me over though!

      Head hunger I am terrified of it - I just found dry roasted Edamame - 14 gr of Protein for 1/4 cup - crunchy reminds you of peanuts... Go Soy protein.

      @ Jordan861 -- I'll have to try the edamame. I like the stemmed variety. The dried ones sound interesting and the protein count is definitely enticing!.

  9. Containers are so important, especially when trying to stay in control of the quantity going in your face. I had a minor over eating episode. No painful just one or two bites too much...that's pretty uncomfortable.

      I have. I currently have 5.7 in my band. It was primed from the beginning with 5.00. I think I am just having issues with timing. I work nights so thing are backwards. I am up about 18-19 hours a day so figuring how much is enough to keep me satisfied is enough?

  15. Being off for the past couple of days kinda threw me off a little bit. I had to go for a couple of eggs which is still ok for pre-op. No worries.

  16. My mind and my body are speaking the same language today! No real issues with the liquid diet. Oh happy day!

  19. WOW, I'm not starving. I had soup broth... Day number 2 here I come!

  20. I start my pre-op tomorrow, well technically tonight. I work 8p-5a Sun-Thurs...so far so good... I brought my broth, shakes, jello, and water. They give us free coffee but I was told I could only have one cup.

      It will be okay, hang in there...its for only a few days and then you have the rest of your life to get it in order...thinking only good thoughts for you and that it gets easier!!!
