  1. If you have a firmer pillow, try sleeping so that your stomach is resting kind of on it, so everything doesn't shift down. I had trouble finding a comfortable position for the first week or so, but sleeping mostly on the pillow seemed to help a little. Fortunately, the discomfort did eventually go away and I can sleep normally now.. typically sprawled out face down, which I actually woke up some time in the first week post-op in that position and didn't really want to move because nothing hurt. Don't know how I ended up like that, but I did.
