I think all of your care providers should know your complete medical history. I am an Advance Practice RN and would hope all my patients would tell me of procedures, new medication, etc.

14 weeks out. I have lost70 pounds and 68 inches overall. Feeling great.

Yes it is on the fitbit site. I am doing a challenge right now.

I had a drain for one week, it was really no big deal. No pain or discomfort associated with it. My surgeon puts one in every pt. with RNY.
-
Also challenges on fitbit.com.

Gallstones can cause referred pain to back between shoulder blades or either shoulder blade itself. I had my out when they did the RNY.

Plain Greek yogurt. To sweeten chunks of fruit, or a teaspoon of smuckers sugar-free preserves. Yummy

Get a baked potato and mash it with some salt pepper it's great

Potatoes don't have fat, it's the stuff you add to them that is fat!

I hit my first stall at 6 weeks. I had lost 50 pounds and then ZERO for three weeks . Yesterday was weigh in day and lo and behold I had lost 6 more pounds! DO NOT weigh everyday once a week is plenty. Stick with it youll lose more.

Walked my first 5k Saturday. I wasn't last. I walked the Blue Shoe walk for prostate cancer in honor of my dad who died from this cancer in 1990! It felt so amazing to do this!
