I finally got approved for my surgery and I even have a date of April 15th!!!

Hair loss is temporary. Your sleeve is forever! Don't let potential hair loss deter you. Would you rather have slightly thinner hair for a few months or be fat for the rest of your life? Oh no. I'm not deterred. I will be getting sleeved on April 15th. ????

I just got my approval and date and hair loss is also one of my bigger concerns. I was told to drink and get my Protein in as well as take the Vitamins. Hopefully we will both keep our hair but if not maybe we can do those super sexy pixie cuts!

Hi everyone! I received my approval on Thursday and got my surgery date for April 15th! I'm soon excited! I have been working on this for such a long time (as I'm sure everyone else has too!). Yay for April Sleevers!

I just did my sleep study on Thursday it was pretty simple. I was able to do it at my house, the tech came and hooked me up and picked the equipment up the next day.

I was JUST talking about this the other night. It's annoying and incredibly frustrating and a bunch of BS!!!

I have cats that I do worry about. Especially my oldest he's about 14yo and is the definition of a lap/chest cat. My best plan right now is to place a pillow over my tummy and hope for the best. ???? Good luck to you!

From what I can tell it varies by doctor. I just found out that I will be doing a pre op diet that consists of: 2 protein shakes and a protein food meal.
