  1. You look AMAZING!!!! And that is a super cute look on you.
  2. Kathy, that pepper does sound good! Stalls are so aggravating. How long has yours been?
  3. Kathy and Peek, what's a typical day of food for you? I can't even imagine how to up calories at this point!
  4. Let me know please if my diary isn't public, and I'll change it =)
  5. I've got my last 50 days worth of food on MFP. My diary should be public. I've logged in every single thing I've eaten, except for Vitamins (just started logging those). Typical day: Breakfast: Premier Protein shake 160 Lunch: some type of meat, usually chicken. I can only eat between 1-2 ounces of meat, on a good day. Then I get full. Dinner: same as lunch Snack: I was eating a snack of cheese, yogurt or something, but the past two weeks, food seems revolting. I got really sick feeling after swimming last week, so I've been drinking Gatorade to up my calories a little. I have not yet felt hungry.
  6. You guys will both reach your goal!!! Just keep doing what you're supposed to do and the weight will come off. =) Peek, I'm one of those people that struggles to eat. I sometimes have a hard time getting in 400 calories a day (my NUT recommends between 400-800 at this stage).
  7. Sounds like you have great coworkers!
  8. On another forum, someone said you can order unflavored protein to go in the milk and then be streamed into a latte! I haven't tried it yet, but a couple of others have and said it was excellent!
  9. I just emailed my plan. Let me know if there was a problem.
  10. It was shmeyers who offered hers up, but I'm more then willing to share mine as well! I can scan and email my entire plan if you like =)
  11. Yes! My mom had BCBSM and the six months was waived because her BMI was over 50. Mine was under 50, so I had to do the six months. The strange thing about the approval process with BCBSM is they do not do preapprovals. The Drs office submits the claim after your surgery is complete. They approve the surgery and only ask for the dietician appointment, psych eval, weights, etc if needed.
  12. That would have been brave!!! And nearly impossible.
  13. I've been wondering the same thing! I deleted my Facebook (gave it up for lent) and then reactivated when the Facebook group was mentioned. I never received an invite, so I deactivated it again.
  14. I meant an account. My username is steffihowell88 if you want to add me
  15. Omg, Jen I'm an idiot. I read there aren't any restrictions.... Like your diary isn't locked or anything!
  16. Jen, what's your username? Peek, MFP is my fitness pal! It keeps track of your calories =)
  17. Shmeyers, what's your MFP?
  18. El, I'm sorry that you're having a rough time! Would you mind sharing what you ate today? What food stage are you in?
  19. @@downsizingdebs Thanks for the info! I"m going to try to sign up tonight! I actually also have BCBS!
