. 12 yrs on and I still throw up if I eat to fast . Not much fun at all .

. I find walking around And not drinking helps , throwing up prob won't help as the food is a fair way down . Sounds awful but sometimes burping helps .

. I had the band almost 12 yrs ago , still have trouble in the morning , even drinking a cofee takes me an hr . After that it's ok once I eat slowly . Still throw up if I eat meat , rice , pasta .
