I will never go on another diet again, never. Cutting back portions and cutting out certain things is causing me to lose weight.

fills are free for the first year at my surgeons office

You will do great. I never took a pain pill, the pain was very minimal. I was up and around walking 1 hour after my surgery. Good luck, it's really not as bad as I expected.

If you like the Arbonne sign up as a consultant for 19.00 then you can buy Arbonne for 30% off.

I had no dressing, my doc used glue.

It's going to depend on whether your employer put it as an exclusion on your policy. I would call your plan administrator in your HR dept, they should be able to tell you.

I just spoke to the folks at splenda and they are not pulling it off the shelves, it's a rumor. There is something on the website she said. Just a FYI.

My surgery was on April 4th and I was so scared in the weeks before, I really thought I would not wake up. While I was in the preop area the anesthologist gave me a iv and that's all i know, I have no recollection of putting the had on my head, no knowledge of been wheeled out of the room into the OR, nothing, it was Versad they gave me, so you don't remember anything.
I feel great. I am down 11 pounds in 5 days, not hungry, I have not taken a pain pill through this whole thing and the worst part is the gas, which is minimal now.
Good luck to you and you will posting the same post after your surgery amazed how well it really goes.
Best wishes....
Beth:rolleyes: :nervous :nervous

I have BC BS of Illinois through Sara Lee, my husband is in Teamsters. Look in your book to see if it's an exclusion, if it's not an exclusion then it a covered benefit. Call your plan administrator at the human resource dept.

Written Exclusion Success?
in Insurance & Financing
Posted
If your having surgery and applying for approval after the fact, you will not have a prayer. Written exclusions comes from the employer not the insurance company. Good luck on your surgery. It was the best thing I ever did. You will do great.
