    Doing well on liquid diet...today is day 3 and I am proud to say I haven't cheated!! 11 more days of this (not counting today of course)

    Well today is my birthday and this is the first time I won't be having a face load of cake and ice cream for my birthday, I am more than happy to say I am VERY Happy about that and that I feel so good this year on my birthday!!!!
