  1. I start loquid diet nxt Sunday, actually put a list togehter of thngs also need first 4 wks. Any suggestions on the liquid diet thay might not be on the list? Soups and sugar free stuff. Did you get powder and premade liquid protein drinks.
  2. You said 10 weeks out and you are able to eat what you want just small portions? You say cannot have flavored water that is what I drink almost 100% of time, I gave soda up in 2009. I just want to make sure that I will be able to eat and drink normal just smaller portions. You can drink alchol or not?

    How long since you had surgery? How long before you where able to drink and eat food without pain, nausea and struggle? I am pre op and still very anious. What have your lows been and what have the highs been? Would you do it again? Congrats on your success.
