I love it!!!!!

Oh my goodness, I ate everything this weekend. Maybe not everything but I did eat a lot of donuts....they were on sale. Help Me....I have to weigh in tomorrow. I made some soup last night in hopes to counteract the donuts.

Go Carrie, I do like crabs but I don't eat them often. I was spoiled growing up. My mother would open my crabs for me. I loved that. I learned how to open them but I didn't want to. I miss my mother a lot, some days worse then others. :cryShe's been gone about 13 years now. Anyhow, I think I'm having one of those days. I do love shrimp. My brother went to MD U and is a Terp. I can't think of any other place I'd rather live. I like the fact that I am so close to MD and VA.

WOW I'm sorry you had to go through so much. It was a blessing for this all to happen while still in the hospital. Glad you are home and doing well. Congratulations on your new way of life.

DeLarla this thread is way to funny but also painful. Sabatoge is good but you are more important. You look great after loosing....how much weight? You should bring in a before and after picture for you to keep you going in the right direction. If pudgy fingers sees it all the better. Also, come one day looking real sexy and make sure pudgy sees you. Go to pudgy's office and take her a soda or some candy and say "I haven't seen you as much as I normally do, you must be busy so I thought I would check on you and bring you a soda and some candy. You said a new coworker also mentioned the food smell, someone needs to inform the boss of the smells all day. Maybe they can get an air purifier and Neutrilzer air spray to keep around to spray at pudgy fingers.

Karen I think I got it from my dad honestly. LOL Nykee thank you, you feel my pain, you are there with me. That was so deep but so funny. Carrie remember it is always hardest to loose those last ten pounds. The more you weigh the faster the initial weight comes off. Your starting weight was below my goal weight. Don't beat up on yourselves guys, love your self and take care of yourself and your band. LSasha it doesn't mater if it was liquid or fried chicken, you did it. Only you and your band are gonna git.... LOL Don't scoff at any loss, take it and run with it.

Why am I so exicted about a dag on grocery store sale. I am tripping, I look at the paper, I go to the website, I make a list, change the list, add, to the list, call people tell them about the sale. I get to the store early to spend money on stuff because it is on sale. I don't buy stuff I don't need but I am getting on my own nerves being geeked up about a dag on Safeway Grand Re Opening Sale. Is it the thought of food or discounted food. That will be gone down the crapper in a minute. I have always liked the grocery store. It would depress me to go to the clothing store because I couldn't fit anything. But going to the grocery store was wonderful. I would say I can't fit anything in the clothing store but I can fit everything in the grocery store. Guess what that is why I can't fit anything in the clothing store. Life is Lovely

My middle name is emotional. This is the great thing about the band, since we have it, we CAN'T binge eat. We may try....but we won't succeed. We make a choice pain or no pain. If you binge eat from emotions you are going to get stuck, which causes pb's. It's not a pretty picture. I thank God for the band. Now I go to the fridge and look and look and look, close it, look again and start drinking water. I get upset think about the issue and that I can't eat, happy to have the band then look for something safe to eat. SF pudding and then I don't finish it. I'm glad I have the band.

WOW Maureen that is awesome. You are going to look awesome. We will be here praying for you and hoping to be in your shoes in a year. My neighbor had a major breast reduction going on 4 weeks ago. She had the keyhole relocation of the nipple. The nipple no longer has sensation and you have to be careful to take care of it while healing because it could die and fall off but then they give you a new one. The aerola (sp) dries up and peels off and then the color comes back. She was a size I.

Oh my goodness, I think all the fat is now gone from my breast and it is not a pretty picture. Straight down and darn near flat. LOL It's ok, if that is what I have to sacrafice fine. I think it is amazing what the body does when it looses weight. I also know where the term fat back came from. I did not realize how much one can carry on ones back. The tummy (in my case the belly) is another story. That thing has dropped down and it is not pretty. It is just hanging down and swinging in the breeze. I have no idea what is going to happen to it.... does anyone know. Will it get flatter and hang or will is actually lift up some and shrink. I started exercises for my inner thighs last night.

You go girl, congratulations!!!! You sure you can't fit into that holloween costume without the adjustments. LOL How did it turn it, did you add the lace to the back and make it sexy?

I hear you....that is easier said then done. I am positive 90% of the time but I am the reason why I am exactly where I am right now. I have no one else to blame but me. When someone let's you down they failed, I have failed myself, I can consider myself a failure. But with that said I have learned from this and have put on my band to go forward and to never fail myself again. Now I am a winner, a "looser" as we say at TOPS, I am moving forward as we all have decided because we are here standing tall beside you. We have failed in the pass but now we are all WINNERS. Thanks Puddinpie....ummmm I like pie......let's see what kind.....light cool whip/yogurt mixed in/pour into graham cracker crust and freeze. LOL

That's how it always work. Don't you love it once you have paid for your items at the register and they have bagged up your stuff and hand you your receipt, then they give you coupons. You need the coupons for the stuff you just bought. Duhhh I can't wait to get some baggy jeans. It is definately better to be to loose then too tight. Keep up the good work. Catherines also gives you a 25% off coupon. Of course I just bought my coat from them but I did have a perk card, 20% off coupon and it was on sale. I made out like a bandit on that one.

Thank you PinkMary for the compliment and you doing an awesome job with 45 pounds. The lifetime part was suppose to be the up part. LOL Meaning that you control how tight the band is. If you see yourself gaining weight you can get it tightened, that is the best part about the adjustability. It is great to see that you are looking at your history and your future. What made me do was the doctor said you have an enlarged heart and have you considered WLS. I said it's done, I need to get the weight off and I have not been able to take off more the 30 pounds at a time and just put it right back on and more. I thank God I did it and no one could pay me to have the GB. I choose the right one. I was doing my research before the doctor said anything and my sister the GB, which she gained some of her weigh back.

I had a kinda good weekend. I wish I was small so I could shop the way I want to. Although I have lost 50 pounds I still can't really wear the clothes in the plus size stores. I wear a size 30 or 32 but what stores go up to that size and on top of that I am 6'1" so everything is short even if it does have enough elastic to stretch over my enomous, hanging even more now, stomach. When you loose weight first the top of your stomach drops down into the big bottom part and I guess some of the back fat falls down also. I'm glad it is going somewhere but I still can't wear a smaller size yet. I need to be thankful because it is allowing me to fit into what I have neater or it is now too big but not quiet to the next size down yet. I was having up and down moments while out spending money and wishing I could fit into a size 26.

Awww you guys are so cute. Just a tidbit about the band. It is a life time tool, it is adjustable which makes it a great choice and it gives you slow weight loss. Good Luck
