I am june 23rd! I am day 4 of pre op liquid diet! Getting nervous!

Would anyone be interested in starting a little exchange. We could do a pen pal thing and send a small package to someone else who is pre or post op to brighten the mood? A friend of mine did this and she said it was such an awesome feeling to talk to someone in the same boat who knew what she was going through. post here or shoot me a message if you are interested!

I am also june 23rd! I am already 4 days into my preop Optifast diet.

I am on day 3 having killer headaches. I am finding it so hard to drink my shakes. I am supposed to have 4 shakes and a bar I have not been able to do the 4th shake. I have tried blending it with ice. I also put it in a shaker with ice still did not help much. I feel sick to my stomach. I am miserable. The only saving grace is Jello and the sodium free broth.

I have been drinking all my Water.

I know I am doing this for the big picture but with another 16 days to go of this I don't know how I am going to do it.

Any tips?

Sorry for complaining I just don't know what to do!!

I am having surgery in 2 weeks and would love the support!

Hey everyone I am 23 getting the sleeve in a little over 2 weeks.I have severe PCOS I was diagnosed at 15. I currently weigh 310lbs. I have not had my period in almost 2 years even when I was getting my period it was never regular. The mood swings are killing me. I am hoping they will mellow out after surgery.

I started my liquid diet today and it is proving to be tough (I am a little dizzy now at the end of the day) I am really nervous. How have you all handled telling friends and family. My family knows and about 4 of my closest friends but I am nervous that people will think I am taking the "easy way out". I know that is not the case but I have always been all too aware of what others think of me. Any advice?
