    Hi JMCP, I've been using Isagenix (the President's Pak) for 8 weeks and have lost 53.5cm so far. Great program, and great nutritional composition for the products too (all natural!). You mentioned you had some Isagenix shakes at home - are they the IsaLean Shakes or the IsaLean Pro?     Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and am particularly interested in what everyone thinks about the role nutrition plays in helping you reach your weight goals. I can only imagine how stressed and frustrated so many of you seem to be now that your weight loss seems to have stalled. It's also interesting to see the number of you who have received advice from doctors to 'just exercise more and eat less'. Seriously?
