Don't let those people get to you. I have had a few people that tell me I should not try to get to my goal, I would look sickly thin. "I am getting too thin already"They don't get that your trying to get to a healthy BMI and the goal I have chosen is actually right for my height. I would ignore them and let yourself feel good, you have earned it!

Remember the saying "you can never be too rich or too thin" ? I will never know about the too rich part, but too thin? I am going for it! You are right about people needing to back off.

Thanks guys. I don't look sickly and my BMI is well within the healthy range. People are just so used to the big me that they think the thinner me is all wrong.
