  1. @@jamiep5 Ok so I'm not crazy. I have only lost 14 lbs since surgery (5/16) and my doc said I need to watch my calories. I was like what?!? I eat like a bird, if that. Anyways, I am happy I'm not dropping too much weight too soon. I've gone back to eating regularly but watching my bad habits. Also I have ZERO reflux! So all in all I'm not regretting my decision to finally agree to the bypass. Happy to hear you are doing better after all your complications.
  2. Please let me know how your doing. I'm a band to a sleeve and heading to a bypass. Scared of bypass but severe reflux with sleeve
  3. Hi there! I am in the same boat! I am just so exhausted. I feel like a toddler that needs a break for nap time. My doc said it was expected to be tired the first 3 mths. With that being said I try to keep my protein intake up and started with my B12 injs immediately after my post op f/u. Good luck!
  4. @@jamiep5 I understand your concern. Your story is very similar to mine. I just had my sleeve (done in 2010) revised to the bypass and I was 190lbs. I was terrified of dumping, rapid weight loss, and severe vitamin deficiency. I just had my bypass on 5/16/14 and I am doing well as far as food tolerance. I don't know if it's my sleeve helped with that. I am scared to hinder weight loss because I've already done the whole food progression before and I know what hurts and what doesn't. Lmk how yours is going!
  5. Hi@lulugirl. I just had a revision from the sleeve to a bypass on 5/16. I too chose to do another surgery because of my horrid reflux. Are you 122 lbs now? Are you nervous about excessive wight loss? What were you told by your surgeon? I look forward to hearing from you!
