I have lost 84lbs and its great but iam stalled now. Frustrated out of my mind I cant stand the Protein Shakes.

its early but by no means easy cant eat chicken at all. I hate whey Protein taste and Water doesnt sit good. tired not being able to eat normal but I guess its part of the new change wish everyone the best on the new journey hang in there.

Got my preop of june13th and surgery date of june 17th. cant wait I have to do a two week liquid diet starting the 3rd. So happy this is a new beginning I wish everyone luck on our new voyage to our new lives

I don't think you ever get rid of it. Some people opt for surgery, I myself am just learning to deal with it. I wear compression gear under my clothes. It is a small price to pay but I don't miss my old self one bit.
It should be noted also that I am lifting weights, and doing cardio training like a man possessed.
