U drink a shot of stuff quick and they look at it on a screen working its way through. Takes about 5 minutes, and it doesn't taste bad at all

I did have mind hunger , I always ate so I thought I wanted food. But honestly buy the Popsicles everytimt u want to eat grab one, get in the meals u need and use them I between plus it's Fluid. They were a life saver! And don't get down everything does get better. I got down a few times but I'm now down 50 pounds and only 7 weeks out

Sorry ur having trouble. I could only sleep in a recliner for about 2 weeks I still sleep with a pillow like when ur pregnant, but it's getting better. Hang in there. As far as eating I am never hungry so I hope it passes. I did eat a ton of sugar free Popsicles maybe that will help.

I am two weeks out and feel great the diet is hard but I just remind myself of the out come. I lose 2 pounds a day which I think is great. My breakdown was at day 8 , I was feeling so amazing I wanted to do things I knew I couldn't yet like go on our boat! But it passed and I am ready for my next one . Lol I have talked to tons of people about the Hair loss and found that making sure I get my Protein in and 2 Vitamins that I will minimize my hair loss. That's my only fear with this surgery. But don't let it get u down everything passes with time and u will lov the new you.
