  3. So I am almost 4 months out and I do lov my body changes. I am down 69 pounds. Woo hoo In the last few days my nails have been breaking off and hair loss is in full force . I knew this would happen but it still shocked me a lot. Any suggestions anyone has on how to help this or anything really I would appreciate.

  7. I do drink a cup of coffee every morning my dr said that it's fine as long as I'm drinking enough fluids, so I don't get dehydrated .

  9. U will have stalls I did for 2 weeks than all of a sudden I dropped 10 pounds . So don't worry if u stop losing for a week or so. Make sure u get in your protein it helps u lose better. And keeps u healthy. I get in 80-90 grams a day.
  10. No it doesn't hurt at all! Yeah the nurse said thus is the only time we tell u to chug lol but no worries it's a piece of cake

  12. It will be just don't get down , it's a process and u will be happy with the end result
  13. U drink a shot of stuff quick and they look at it on a screen working its way through. Takes about 5 minutes, and it doesn't taste bad at all
  14. I did have mind hunger , I always ate so I thought I wanted food. But honestly buy the Popsicles everytimt u want to eat grab one, get in the meals u need and use them I between plus it's fluid. They were a life saver! And don't get down everything does get better. I got down a few times but I'm now down 50 pounds and only 7 weeks out
  15. Sorry ur having trouble. I could only sleep in a recliner for about 2 weeks I still sleep with a pillow like when ur pregnant, but it's getting better. Hang in there. As far as eating I am never hungry so I hope it passes. I did eat a ton of sugar free Popsicles maybe that will help.
  16. I am 2 months post op and never been happier! I am healthier than I thought possible and I am full of energy. My dr said I am a model patient everything is great. Thank you dr. Taylor:) I went into surgery at 243 pounds today I am at 193, 50 pounds lost woo hoo. My only problem to date is eating slow I do fine most of the time but occasionally forget and than I pay for it. But all in all I am happy with my decision and hope it keeps going well. A bit scared to see if I lose a lot of hair but I'm hopeful that I won't. Any one have any imput on hair loss?
