2 months out

I am 2 months post op and never been happier! I am healthier than I thought possible and I am full of energy. My dr said I am a model patient everything is great. Thank you dr. Taylor:) I went into surgery at 243 pounds today I am at 193, 50 pounds lost woo hoo. My only problem to date is eating slow I do fine most of the time but occasionally forget and than I pay for it. But all in all I am happy with my decision and hope it keeps going well.

A bit scared to see if I lose a lot of hair but I'm hopeful that I won't. Any one have any imput on hair loss?

did you take extra Vitamins

Yes. I take Juvenon which is sold over the internet. I have been taking this for about 10 years now. It contains Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl and Alpha Lipoic Acid. It helps to restore the mitochondria in my cells. It also contains Biotin. Around 10 years ago, one of the side effects of this product is that it stopped my hair from falling out. I was around 55 at the time and my hair was starting to thin significantly because of age. It also helped to reverse the hair from going gray.
