Aaaaand if the guidelines you get are 1100 cals as mine were then you follow those. This is def one if those things that making figuring out what to do after surgery a little crazier! 3+ years out and maintaining 105 lb loss. ☺️

Sounds great! I live near the Pentagon. Not working right now unfortunately, so I have a lot of free time. There's a Starbucks at the Pentagon City metro if you want to meet up after work or I can come into the city. Where are you having your surgery? I had mine done at Sibley. I'm 3 years out from VSG and down 110 lbs. And NOT perfect!! Look forward to connecting! Ann

Hi! Now for a huge giggle! I came to the site forgetting that I had a login (had to make up a new one since I couldn't remember my password!) and then found this forum again only to discover this thread that I started in 2010!!! Rock on! So, yeah. Finally had my surgery 1/10/11! HW 266, SW 260, CW 149. Have maintained 149 w 1-2 lb regain every so often. I am truly the "if I can do it . . . " maxim! Nice to be back!!! Ann
