Started at 394, was sleeved 7/31/14 and 4 months later am down 80 lbs at 314. Hoping to hit the 200s by new Christmas/New Years time!

Hi guys, I have been getting sick every time I eat recently.. No matter what I eat and how little, I either vomit or almost do right after like 2-3 bites. I was fine til this started happening - I was sleeved July 30th so I'm like 14 weeks out. Any ideas??

I started at 394 and am now at 320

I am having hair loss issues now also that I started to notice a week or two ago, and I was sleeved July 30th. I bought biotin so we shall see how that works. I have to get the bloodwork done soon before my next visit with the dr to see what other vitamins I need to take, right now I'm only taking calcium and multivitamins. Has anyone been suffering from headaches because of the drastic change in calorie intake or protein? I was told that could be why I've had headaches everyday for weeks..... Just curious if anyone else was told this

Down 63 lbs total since right before the pre op diet weight and 40 since the day of surgery. Just wanted to post a progress picture since I haven't yet!

I've lost 53 lbs total 36 since day of surgery plus 17 since preop diet started. 6 1/2 weeks out. Recovery was easy... Few days of gas pain and that was it!

I used dr angstadt 7/30/14 and he was very nice and informative! I'm doing very well!

Does anyone know a good brand of protein bars that aren't too high in carbs of sugar?? I thought atkins would have been good but they have a lot of carbs!!!

I had my surgery July 30th , so I am 5 1/2 weeks out... I'm wondering if I'm losing at a good rate or not? I don't have anyone to compare to other than the woman I shared a room with in the hospital who gave me her number to chat. So far I have lost 34 lbs since what the doctor marked as my weight for the day of surgery. 49 lbs down since my highest weight which was in June before the pre op liquid diet. Is this considered accurate as to how fast or slow I should be losing in the beginning? I hope I'm not slacking- I'm sticking to everything perfectly.. Thanks in advance for responses !!

I was told to eat NO LESS THAN 550 calories a day .. Maybe you aren't getting enough nutrients

Sleeved July 30th- down 16 since.. 11 prior from liquids only... So 27 total 31 since my highest ever. Pretty happy with things so far.. Hoping not to stall anytime soon!

Hi everyone I have been on the pre op journey for 6+ months and finally got my sleeve done yesterday! It's now 3:45am and I'm laying in the hospital bed with major gas pains. I'm so excited though that it doesn't even matter too much. Anyone else recent??????
