    Sat indian style for the first time in forever. Didnt do it intentionally just looked down and saw that I was doing it. Had an out of body experience and said wow its been a long time since I sat like this I think I like it. Loving my new sleeve!!

    Started training for a 5k yesterday! I ran walked for 30 minutes. It felt great cant wait to get on the treadmill and do it again today! Loving my new life of choosing to be healty and happy!!

    I started full liguids today and was able to drink an 8 oz protein shake. Is this normal?? I though our stoamch was suppose to only hold 4oz. I never got that full feeling!! Did I do damage?

      no, it's very doubtful you did damage...this is LIQUID ounces...if you drank it slowly you may be able to consume the full 8 oz...

      I drank a 16 oz protein shake but it took me 3 hours. I can definately feel the fullness after eating 2-3 ounces if I consume them too fast. Call your surgeons office and tell them your concerns, they are the best ones to put your mind at ease...Best of luck!!!
